Trucking technology blog

Ben Becker, chief information officer for Tradewinds–a medium sized trucking company in Indiana–recently launched his own trucking technology blog: www.truckingnerd.com. I’ve known Ben for over two years. He is a brilliant programmer and technology expert that knows trucking software inside and out. He also does some consulting on the side. My advice is for anyone, whether you work for a private fleet or not, to check out this blog and get to know Ben Becker before buying an expensive module from a software provider that you may not even need. If you use TMW Systems, for example, chances are, he’s already developed something that you can borrow some ideas from. I wrote an article about some software he developed for Tradewinds which you can read here.
